Challenge

Hines needed our help with tools for the communication of a technical value proposition across multiple stakeholders. Specifically for a new real estate development in New York. With sustainability in construction and building development at new heights for the industry.

Solution

The solution we have delivered is very much within one of KIRT x THOMSENS’ key areas of expertise. To produce what we categorize as Tech-explainer, where we deliver the tool to communicate some complex in an easy for all types of stakeholders to understand.

So far in our collaboration, we have delivered 3D animations for use in Hines primary presentation material for investors, developers, landlords, and tenants. Communicated through multiple channels on the Hines website, newsletters, social media and when presenting at face-to-face meetings.
